Job Description:

HR Executive
:- (Female)
 Should have 0-2 Years experience in HR & Admin, Mostly knowledge in Bulk Recruitment & Payroll Process.  (Fresher May Apply)


Qualification
:-
Should be Graduated, MBA HR more preference, Sound knowledge in EXCEL Sheet


Job Nature
:-
 Support to other HR Team:- In Bulk Recruitment, Campus Recruitment, Online Interview Process, Employees Joining Formalities, 
Maintain all employee files, scanning employeedocuments and uploading, Manage day to day interaction with Site Employees, Queries handle, and clarifications by employees relating to employee/office policies, Support in  Montly Wages Preparation, Payroll Process, Support in Online Upload PF, ESIC, PT.  Maintain Employees database, Leave record and other importants excel reports.  Offer Letters Issue, Appointment Letters Issue, Employees query solve, Employees other Statutory handle, Should be aquanted in Excel Formula etc.. Must Good knowledge in EXCEL Sheet.
